Ownership made
beautifully simple.
Browse the portfolio — from an intimate Périgord manor to a grand Burgundy château. Each property has a single share price that covers acquisition, furnishing, pool and all legal costs. No surprises after signing.
You purchase 1 of 8 shares in a UK Limited company that holds the property. Your share is a real legal interest — transparent, enforceable, and transferable. Fully documented at Companies House.
Each share has an annual points award, allocated in two phases a year. Peak weeks cost more, off-peak fewer. Unspent points roll into January, then expire. Book from 3 to 21 days, up to 12 weeks a year.
Each year, estimated running costs for the property are divided equally among the eight shareholders. You pay your share: caretaking, utilities, insurance, management and reserves. There is no letting and no income offset. Figures are indicative and may vary year to year.
Own a share in Burgundy but want a week in Tuscany? The CoMaison swap marketplace lets you exchange weeks with any other owner across the portfolio for an additional 100 points from your balance.
When the time comes, sell your share at the current market valuation. Fellow shareholders have right of first refusal. No lock-ins, no exit penalties. Your equity is yours to realise on your own timeline.
Flexible ownership.
Your weeks, your way.
Each property share has an annual points award of 4500 points; two shares, double the points. Points are thoughtfully allocated in phased tranches twice a year, to enable fairness and equality for all owners. Peak weeks cost more points, off-peak fewer, with unspent points rolling to the following January, then expiring. Customisable booking cancellation policies and last-minute discounts mean those with more flexibility can stay at a fraction of the normal cost. Minimum use is 5 weeks per share per year, maximum 12. Booking can be as short as 3 days, as long as 21.
The owner portal shows your balance in real time, lets you browse availability across the whole portfolio, and makes week-swap requests to other owners directly. Five weeks of peak use uses your full annual allocation. Four shoulder weeks cost 3000 points, leaving room for off-peak time too.
You are never locked to a specific fortnight. Book around your life, not around a spreadsheet.
UK Ltd company.
Simple. Transparent. Yours.
Each CoMaison property is held by a dedicated UK-registered Limited company. You own shares: real equity, not a membership or licence. The shareholder agreement governs use, maintenance decisions, how running costs are shared, and exit terms. All owners have equal voting rights on major decisions.
CoMaison retains a minority stake in each property company, keeping us fully aligned with every shareholder. We earn when the property earns. We benefit when you benefit.
Other registered company structures, such as French SCI, are available as options and will be recommended where they provide optimal benefit according to the property portfolio and owners' characteristics.
All owners should obtain independent legal and financial advice before investing. Capital is at risk.
Familiar and well-understood for UK shareholders. HMRC-transparent. Your shares are registered at Companies House. Standard shareholder protections apply.
A comprehensive agreement governs all decisions. Every shareholder has equal voting rights on major decisions — improvements, development, management and exit.
CoMaison handles all bookings, maintenance, accounts and guest management. Your only obligation is to enjoy it.
